I really didn't know what to expect when I first visited London, ON but I was pleasantly surprised. The first place I went was to East Park Water Park. I had so much fun there, and there is something for everyone to do. There are eighteen holes of golf that would satisfy any golf lover. I loved driving in the go karts and racing against the other drivers. The go karts drive pretty fast and whoever wins the race gets a ticket that can be redeemed for a prize. Other places to go in London, ON are Labatt Brewery Tours, Royal Canadian Regiment Museum, Story Gardens and Banting House National Historic Site of Canada.

When looking at the communities in London, ON I did notice that some of them are well kept and some of them are not. Southcrest, Stoneybrook, Talbot and Old Victoria were some of the communities that were better kept. They had landscaped lawns and gated two story homes. Stoneybrook actually has gated parks that have ponds, basketball and tennis courts, and swimming pools. Argyle, Carling, Crumlin, Fox Hollow and Sharon Creek were the less appealing communities to the eye. They do not have well kept lawns and their park facilities and streets look run down.

London, ON has some of the best restaurants in Ontario. Viet Nam Restaurant is a good restaurant to eat at. It did take a while for us to receive our food, but once we got it tasted great. I just hope the next time I go back the food doesn't take so long to receive. The Church Key, Thuan Kieu, Kipps Lane Fish & Chips, Great Wall Chinese Food, Michael On The Thames and The Only on King are also great restaurants in London to try.

The best part about visiting London, ON to me were the night clubs and bars. 29 Park is a nice European bar that has great drink specials and plays great music. Every Thursday night is Karaoke Night and they have a two dollars, you call it drink specials. The Embassy is a great new club that had just opened when I visited there. There is always live music and are known around town for having the best wings. The other top night clubs that have to best dancing and drinks in London are Barney's, Backdrafts, Tequila Rose, St. Louis Bar & Grill, The Black Shire Pub and The London Tap House.

When I went shopping in London, ON, I saw some great fashion and jewelry stores. The Westmount Shopping Center Administration Office is one of the biggest shopping malls I have ever seen. It offers a glimpse of high fashion. They have regular shopping stores like Sears but also have stores where jeans cost one thousand dollars. This mall had everything that anyone could ever think of wanting besides cars. I would definitely come back. Other less grand shopping malls are Masonville Place, White Oaks Mall, Cherylhill Village Mall and Citi Plaza. Overall, London is a great place to visit and would probably be a nice place to live.
